Key Travel specialise in the travel management for Humanitarian, Faith & Academic customers. Since 1980 we have grown from a small UK based operation to a Global TMC with offices in the UK, USA and Europe.

We are a diverse business and our values are at the heart of what we do – Working hard for our customers, priding ourselves on innovation to drive our business forward.

Key Travel committed to help our Charity of the Year ‘Village by Village’ build a new school for the small Ghanaian village of Obom. In December 2016 three of our US staff and five from the UK embarked on an incentive trip to see first hand the great work being carried out by the charity. With none of the group having volunteered before, they set off with a sense of excitement and unsure of what to expect…

Key Travel is the only organisation in our industry sector with a Bronze Investors In People (IIP) Award – a step-up from the Standard Award we have held since 2003. The Bronze IIP Award is a mark of excellence for championing best practice initiatives for driving high performance through our employees on a global scale.

My name is Ernesto and I am the Team Manager for the Hudson Team at Key Travel. Our team takes care of all the travel requirements for institutions such as University College London or Birmingham City University. I started my career at Key Travel as a Business Travel Consultant on September 2017, after 6 months with the company I was selected to run a pilot on the biggest contract signed by the company until that date. The pilot was really successful and I became an Assistant Team Manager for a brand new team. In August 2018 I took care of the team covering my manager in his absence and in October I became officially the Team Manager for the Hudson Team. Key Travel has given me the opportunity of growing very fast in my career. My managers have always identified my strengths and helped me to improve supporting me with training and making sure that I have access to all the tools needed to achieve success. What I like about Key Travel is how focused the company is on the well-being of it's employees. We work in small teams that allow us to be very close to each other, almost like a small family, we work in a multicultural company with people from all sorts of backgrounds and nationalities which help each one of us to grow not only professionally but personally creating a work environment where the respect to each other cultures, the diversity and the equality are our top priorities.
